    My 1960 144D uses the rotary type pump. I think that the pumps work on gas or diesel. You have to find the one that matches or replaces the casting number on your oil pump casting.

    I bolted a very large washer to the top of the injector and then carefully pried upwards with a crowbar. I worked back and forth from one side to another until they became free.
