    Stay away from the big box stores and go to a small mom and pop store.The big stores don"t sell the same quality items that are sold to the little guy.I work retail and see the junk that the big stores sell when customers come in and want me to help them with the other guys junk

    Case David Brown 885 vs. Ford 4000

    I would have to go with the David Brown.I have an 880 that I have used for haying the last several year and have had almost no problems.As far as finding parts most items can be found online.I just now trying to sell it because I am needing more hp.If it wasn't for that I would hang on to it...

    I have a kid that I hire to haul my square bales.I pay him .60 per bale and he supplies a truck trailer and 2 helpers.

    I have a vicon 4x5 round baler that I pull with a DB rated at 44 hp and it does a good job

    Grease or dry on gooseneck ball hitch

    I used to pull a goose neck trailer 10000 mile plus a month and I allways used a packet of graphit grease on mine.I picked it up at a truckstop or sply house.They were handy in that they came in a plastic bag and you just stuffed bag and all into the tounge and set the trailer on the ball.
