    Thanks all for the imput. I tried removing the hose to intake manifold, no obvious change. Smoking continues even after warm-up. There is black liquid dripping from the exhaust, I'm guessing unspent fuel? Where do I go from here? Dan

    I have a 530CK diesel about 1966 vintage with the 188 motor. It will start with no problem, but puts out a lot of gray/blue smoke. I replaced the injectors. This was an improvement, but there is still a smoke issue. Any suggestions? Thanks Dan
