    Craftsman Rant

Still using my Craftsman vac bought in 1978, replaced the hose sometime ago and put new bearings in the motor after one went out a couple years ago. The bearings are same bearing used in many skate boards and were easy to find.

    CRP

There will be up keep cost for the CRP, weed control, burning, and mowing. The rent is set for the time of the contract, 10 years, 15 years, If you rent to a farmer you can adjust the rent every year if needed. Our land tax seems to go up every year, so after 10 years you may be way short on...

    Cleaning Radiator

Cleaning radiator on an 1850 Oliver, drained and filled with water and quart of vinegar, run and flushed several times with water. Do I need to neutralize the system before putting antifreeze back in? If it needs neutralized, what should I use? Thanks

    shifting gears.

When in high school, I had a car with 3 on the tree, I flipped the shift lever to the left side so I could shift with the left hand. My younger sister then drove the car to school and her boy friends could not figure out how to drive it.

    1650-1750 Oliver

Will a wide front from a 1750 fit on a 1650? Also are the 3 point sway blocks the same on a 1650 and 1750? Thanks much

    Rotary 6 in sander

Thank-you much for all the thoughts for solutions. I have several boxes of sanding disks to use, so the 3-M products looks like what I was hoping for. Changing to velcro disks in the future would be best. Thanks everyone

    Rotary 6 in sander

My problem with the sander is the sanding disks glue is getting old and does not stay stuck to the pad. Is there a glue product that I can add on the disc to keep them stuck when using? Still need to peal the disk off when the grit is worn off. Thanks

My Dad had one we picked with and also my Grandfather had one he used. One had a four cylinder engine and one a six cylinder. Both Dad and Grandpa built plywood cabs on them, it gets cold in central Nebraska before harvest was completed. I don't remember ever driving either, but hauled and...

    cockshutt 1650

I would be interested in the purchase of a single front wheel for a 1650 or 1655 Oliver or cockshut. The closer to northeast Nebraska the better. Anyone have one to sell or know of one? Thanks,
