    I was shocked at the price I just couldn’t remember what goes I had read about that parts for them where pretty much obsolete. But is supposed to be getting it loaded on the trailer and brought to my place tonight .

    As a retired teacher you should know that the way children where taught years ago is nothing like it is know . Also as a retired teacher you should know about manners and criticizing . It’s nice hearing a young person out there farming .

    I have a guy at work that had a Ford 4600 he is wanting to sell me . The tractor fires right up , all hydraulics work the only issue is the steering box went out . He told he would let me have it for 2500.00 is it worth it ?

    The ship has good reviews and word of mouth that is why I tried to use them . The workers are the one that didn’t want to mess with it . The owen is the one that said he would do it .

    I finally found a guy to turn the crank and polish it and dip my engine . He is the owner of one of the shops I called last week . When he answer the phone today he sounded upset they his guys told me they wouldn’t touch it . He said he has seen many of these engines from when he was younger .

    The only machine shop that I have found that will even work on my crank and block is 2 hrs away and he said there is no guarantee that he will do it .

    Standard crank journal is 2.4974 to 2.4988 Out of round tolerance 0.0005 These are the caliper that I used

    I think I figured out my oil pressure problem . I split the tractor apart today and measure my crank journals . Here is what I came up with Rod bearings. The bearing that where previously install are all marked STD . So I am thinking there was way too much clearance. What size bearing should I...
