    Are the generator shaft sizes normally the same? The 8N pulley may be a different radius.The generators are different and it has to have the same "v" groove shape.

    Thanks for the replies. I think the Engine enamal paint is too dark for what I am looking for. I will check the Tisco paint to see how close the color match would be. Thanks again to all.

    Thanks for your reply. The gray paint that I have used has a sticker on it labeling it as "Ford Gray". I am at work and don't know what the number is on the label. I don't think it is the paint you are referring to, but like your paint, I wish they were still selling it at my local Farm & Home.

    In the past I used Rustoleum "Ford Gray" spray paint to paint my work tractor. It is a rust fighter paint that I liked because of it's light shade of gray. I have been unable to find this particular paint and don't really want to switch to a different color of gray for other parts of my tractor...
