    Tractor recomendations

Hello all, I will be moving and have to downgrade my Kubota L3940 to a B series. I want to buy a cheap tractor just to run my 25k PTO generator. The L3940 runs it just fine, but afraid it will be to big for a B tractor. Recomendations for an afffordable tractor to be my generator power source.

    Gleaner K rear beater

I was combining sunflowers today with my Gleaner K. Going along just fine, and then my combine plugged on me. I stopped and looked around the combine. The rear beater near the end of the straw walkers had broke the chain and bent the rear beater shaft. Unplugging it wasn"t to bad but now the...

Gleaner k grease point need help

Ok I tried that and didn't see it but I will do it again tomorrow and check it again. Is it inbetween the sheave halfs under where that belt would be when the sheaves are all the way out or on the outside when the sheaves are all the way in as narrow as they can be? Thank you so much for the...

Gleaner k grease point need help

I greased the gleaner k I bought last week for the first time today. Going by the manual I found every grease point except the variable traction drive. In the manual it points to inbetween the two variable traction sheave haves. I looked every where and couldn"t find the grease zerk. It says to...

    Gleaner K combine

First off this is my first combine. It"s a gleaner K. I am going to be harvesting sunflowers this year. The first few outter row I would like to combine the sunflowers, but allow all the seed to go out the back because I have paid dove hunts every year. I will combine the rest normally. It has a...

    Gleaner straw walking somethings missing?

I bought a gleaner K combine that looks to be in good condition to harvest the small amount of acreage I have around the house. When it arrived I started going over inspecting it. I looked in the straw walkers, and notice that some of the spikey sections in the straw walker are gone. I called...

    Gleaner corn head questions.

Thanks guys sounds like I just need to invest in a 2 row wide. I don"t think they made a 3 row wide either. Most of the K combines have a 2 row head with them the 3 row is alittle less rare so I know the 2 row will work.

    Gleaner corn head questions.

I just bought a gleaner K with a 330 black corn head. My corn is 30" rows so I am ok, but I have a neighbor, and may have more people want me to custom harvest for them that have 36"-38" rows. I know it"s not good to harvest narrow corn with a wide head, but what about wide corn with a narrow...
