    Case 830?

I currently have a 1954 case 400 diesel and went to look at possibly purchase a early 830 with the eagle claw hitch. The 2 tractors look very similar overall the only things that are visually different is the sheet metal, injector pump and the 830 has 2 gear shifters. My question is would this...

    Case 830

That is what I am referring to. How difficult is it to mount the swinging draft arms? Is it even possible to build a 3rd link anchor bracket that will not affect the PTO or the hydraulic valves because this is what I am having trouble seeing how to make it work around the hydraulics and PTO.

The system has been flushed, new fluid, new filters, new pump, pressure relief valve changed and the hydraulic...

    Case 400 hydraulic relief valve

The hydraulics have no lifting power. I had put a 3 bottom plow on it and it worked fine when I hooked it up went out the next day to plow the garden and it would not lift the plow. Checked the pressure it was 500psi so I thought the pump went bad replaced the pump and it still has 500psi I...

    Case 400 hydraulic relief valve

The plunger in the hydraulic relief valve on my 400 case appears to stuck open. If I understand it right the plunger should move freely. I have tried to use needle nose pliers to pull it out but have not been able to get it to move. How can I fix this problem with out doing damage to these parts...
