I think you are referring to the swinging draft arms on a Comfort King tractor with Draft-O-Matic Hitch.
Case-O-Matic trannys came in both Eagle hitch and CK tractors.
You can modify the lower brackets to
accept swinging draft arms, but you need to also modify the lift linkage so it can flex laterally, and you
will have to build a 3rd link anchor bracket to allow both 3pt and PTO operation.

That is what I am referring to. How difficult is it to mount the swinging draft arms? Is it even possible to build a 3rd link anchor bracket that will not affect the PTO or the hydraulic valves because this is what I am having trouble seeing how to make it work around the hydraulics and PTO.

Yes, you can build a 3pt top link attachment point that bolts around the PTO shaft. If you do a search here you should find 5 or 6 pics of different ones guys have cobbed up.

I have an aftermarket hitch that some one put on an 800. It has the swinging arms and it is a bolt on in place of the eagle hitch. I put the eagle hitch back on so it is excess to me. There is no third point with it though. I live in NE Arkansas and will be on vacation until 1 Jul if interested.

You would be probably be a little to far from me but if it is not to much trouble I would be interested in seeing some pictures of what you have.

I converted mine to three point hitch years ago I bought the ends at the farm supply I have some super heavy strap it's like an inch thick and 5 in tall . Overkill but I ad it & used it for the arms .i took the eagle hitch arms off and where they mounted to the Tractor is where I attached the ball in on one end of the arm . I bought the sleeves that adapts like from category 2 to category 1 to space the Gap cuz the eagle arm is like 4in wide in your ball socket thing is only about an inch and a half wide and my tractor had a factory 3 point Mount up top which is almost un usable because of the hydraulic controls are in the way so I built right above the PTO it mounts right to the PTO cover bolts just got longer bolts in other words I'm trying to post some pictures and I figured that out yet

this is my main machine for the farm here does everything from brush hog baling, post auger you name it .1959 case 800 Factory LP with a 1957 400 case transmission and rear end on it .the Factory automatic shuttle thing blew up and I had an 8 speed transmission in that 400 so put the two together been excellent machine ever since

I can send some pictures after the 1st of July as I'm not home right now it's a heavy hitch. If it will help you out any I would be driving to Minnesota in December. But I will send you pictures as soon as I get home.
