    1086 electrical question

    Thanks for the info men, problem solved. The fuse was hot on both ends but the spade lug at the end of the fuse block was only hot part of the time. I put a new wire on the lug on the other end, installed an inline fuse & fixed it to the wire going to the instrument cluster & all works well...

    The gage cluster has quit working on my 1086, I could see one gage going out but not all at once. They are the manual gages & not the digital dash. Is there any way to test the gage cluster or has anyone else has this problem & know the solution ? Thanks intl385

    I was told that a 140 crank will not work with super A

    The pulley for a Super A will not work on a 140 crank & if you use a 140 pulley the belt will not line up with the fan pulley for a Super A, 100 or 130
