    Replacing rails

    I need to replace the rails on an International TD8. We plan to reuse the pads. I have access to a plasma cutter and a torch to cut the old pad bolts off, Which tool will work better? We plan to drive the dozer off the old rails and onto the new, moving the pads as we go. Thanks
