    what would it take to put a 4" bore in a 350 block? i'm sure it will need to be sleeved.the thinnest sleeve i can find is from darton. it is .093 thick and 4.180 o.d. this will get close to the head studs,will they live?will the sleeves need to be welded in?if i'm going to all this trouble...

    i think chads has some stroker kits he can put together for you are try murphys motorsports.i know there are others out there. also remember that cheap isn't always the "least" expensive way to go.it cost alot more to build it twice.

    350 industrial?

    what is the difference between a 350 engine and a 350 industrial engine? is one better for building a puller?

    dont know what kind of pin height you need but a quick look in my probe piston catalog shows a big block chevy at 4.375 bore and 1.645 pin height.are a stroker piston for a 493 chrysler is 4.380 bore and a 1.865 or a 2.065 pin height.4 3/8 = 4.375 hope this helps.

    how about staying with a 3.800 bore and using the 6"stroke? will the block hold up to this with out the sleeves? by the way what is the difference between a 350 tractor block and a 350 industrial block? is one better then the other? thanks jason
