    What does spring look like for the TA lever.

    I just bought a 300 Utility, all ready to go, for a couple small items. The spring is missing on the TA release lever, I don,t know what is to look like. It pulls the lever back, after you push it foward. Any help out there.

    Serial # clarification when painted over???

    Today I bought a IH 300 Utility, w/new tires, both rear & front, Fast Hitch, etc. my question is, How can you find a serial number, when its been painted over?? Previus owmer stated,that he usually masks over them, but this one could not be read, so he didn,t bother. Any help out there!!!!

    Which Stihl chainsaw

    I have 3 Stihl saws. A little .015L for limbing, a .021 for small work, & the new Farm Boss 290 w/20" bar for bigger stuff. My favorite is the 021, easy to handle, easy to start, very easy on fuel. Farm Boss uses 4 tanks to the 021 1, & it will almost keep up.

    Scroll saw ????

    Just bought my 2nd scroll saw. Went to buy blades, and saw they had reverse tooth blades also. What is the point? You can just install them upside down if you want the cut in up direction, or am I missing something I should know. Thank for any help.

    If you are looking for an H with a reconditioned Woods L306, 72" belly mower, new bearings, belts, & paint. Plus the H is 1941, new paint, good rubber(slightly checked from sun), belt set up. fenders w/extensions.

    I,m positively going to order one soon for my H. Took the straight pipe off when I got home, got a new Stanley muffler from our Fleet-Farm. What a total poor exuse to even call this a muffler. No baffles, just a straight pipe with a fat body.Big waste of $30.00 for me My comment.

    Type of business to stamp a Serial Plate

    Whattype of business do most folks go to get a new serial plate stamped with the same number as the old one. Can still read it, but not good..Go to a trophymaking place? jeweler? locksmith? engraver? Want the numbers to look like factory.

    Brake Lock for H or M

    Does someone still make an aftermarket brake lock for Farmall H or M. We had one years agoon both, so you wouldn"t need to bend so low to set the brakes. I remember it fastened to the light bar above the brakes, and worked real well.

    muffler or pipe

    I,m 70, have a 41 H, just put on a Stanley muffler, It,s terribly loud. I remember my Dad getting a new H in '47, you could not even hear the motor running from 10 feet away. Stanley muffler or straight pipe, same thing, cost more.
