Yeah, tried moving the lever around around without any change, I don’t think this model has an inertia brake but I might be wrong? -

Hi all, The old 1610d has started to creep forward when range selector is in a gear 1,2 or 3 and power shift is in neutral, it stops when in neutral/neutral. It’s caught me out a few times recently and I don’t think it used to do this? I’ve checked clutch adjustment etc and all seems fine? Any... -

Ok, Tried it again this weekend, warmed up no bubbles, took it for a run no bubbles, connected up the brushcutter and 15 min in they started! they even carried on one a second 5 min after switch off. I'll try one more re-torque and then I give up. I have a new Radiator cap from Hoye to try but... -

Overheating/blowing oil out of exhaust stack
Can anyone help with a list of parts I need to order to replace the head gasket? I need to order to the UK so buying it all in one go from the US is easier with postage costs. There isn’t any parts stockists in the UK I can find. Thanks -

Overheating/blowing oil out of exhaust stack
Mine doesn’t seem to overheat, gauge stays low, if this can be trusted? probably due to it being winter here but it pushes water up into the expansion bottle. Ok for short light duty’s but pushes it to the top of the bottle if worked harder for longer. -

Finally got to use it in anger today but I’ve got a feeling the head gasket needs doing? Expansion tank water level was at midway between low and high at the start. Starts, runs, drives fine, no smoke apart from start up and acceleration. See video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=a7NBgZpXP_U -
