    Help with 39 B clutch parts

    After taking apart the clutch on my B I found that pretty much everything from the clutch lever on to the bronze collar is shot. I see no point in putting it back together the way it is.     biggest updraft carb?

    find urself a zenith/bendix 1.875 or a 2.125 throat carb....work nice good control and if you put an adjustable load screw on one they can b cut back on fuel or let loose for more....should work good at 400 cu. in.

    Moline U oilpan

    fiberglass oil pans r about $150 and aluminum ones are $450.....roughly.....but when u spin a main bearing cause of the flex in the block from the fiberglass pan if your not using a girdle it cost a bit more than just buying the aluminum one....there really nice and work well....aluminum all the way

    i am building an unstyled jd a...i have a power block with no sleeves and a heisler head....how big a bore do guys get out of these by putting in bigger sleeves and boring the lands on the block....what stroke are the big guys running and how many hp can i get?....thanks
