i am building an unstyled jd a...i have a power block with no sleeves and a heisler head....how big a bore do guys get out of these by putting in bigger sleeves and boring the lands on the block....what stroke are the big guys running and how many hp can i get?....thanks

You can go 6.750 but 6.250/6.500 is a little stronger. 9.250/9.500 crank works well with this bore. I'd like to see bigger jor. size with this big of bore. 3.00 to 3.125 size jor. There is some 10 inch "A" out there with this big of bore. I'd say you would have around a 100 hp "A".
