    I’ve been thinking about putting a winch on my trailer lately. I was at Princess Auto (Canadian version of Harbour Freight) today and saw a 10,500 lb winch on sale, my heaviest tractor is a John Deere 820 weighing 9,300 lb. Would this winch be strong enough to pull my 820 onto my trailer?

    It doesn’t seem to slip but the clutch doesn’t have a good snap when engaging, I tried adjusting it but it became so grabby that it was nearly undriveable and the noise got louder too.
