    They aren't hard at all just pull the hydraulic coupler apart then take the front pump dive shaft coupler off the pump then you just pull it off with a puller get the new damper and pull it on with a bolt in the crankshaft q piece of all thread would be better then you could use a nut and washed...

    1250 multiply by the area of the cylinder piston will give how much force you can excert to lifting the planter big enough cylinder it would lift but might be slow
