    Rotary Implement Startup

    Just curious but what is the right way to start up a rotary implement. I've been starting flail mower, tiller and brush hog at 540 rpm. Looking at Youtube a number of operators start the PTO at low rpm and throttle up to 540. Opinions please.

    Ford Jubilee loader?

    I put this on a Jubilee back around 1980. I believe it was off a Ford 8000. Had to fab a bracket to hold the hydraulic pump, Worked well for many years, a b***h to steer.

    MF 35 fuels tank leak

    is this for a sending unit? while disking the garden I noticed a gas smell and found this plate leaking. is it merely removing the screws and replacing some sort of seal or do I run the tractor with only two gallons of gasoline in the tank?

    630 engine oil getting into transmission

    Could anyone advise me would changing the crankshaft seal fix this or is there more to it than that?

    Here's the 8n we took on partial trade. She's rough. Po said engine was rebuilt 3-4 years ago. Does carry good op. Sounds alright except something wrong in the governor. Will need new engine gaskets and a rear Axel seal. And starter seems a little funky. Like maybe its not catching the ring gear...

    Ingersoll 4014 hydrive garden tractor

    Could anyone shed some light on the value of a well cared for Ingersoll 4014 hydrive garden tractor with a 48 inch mower deck and 500 hrs on hourmeter. Some rust present. Could I expect more years of service on a Christmas Tree farm for mowing purposes if service regularly maintained?
