    Got it, I'm learning this stuff. I'll try wax on the second link, it hasn't budged at all. what's the procedure, just get the yoke red hot and press a candle on top and wax gets sucked in like soldering a copper pipe ?

    I've been putting them inside HArdy outdoor woodstove, getting them pretty hot and then dunking in bucket of water, some tapping too. done that 10 times. Not really working all that great. Should I tap them harder ? Or just keep doing this? The threads that are showing look really bad...
