    I'm restoring my Farmall 826 and have a question on using OSPHO on sheet metal.The paint store told me to use the E-Poxy primer on bare metal.Will I have a problem using it over the OSPHO? OSPHO is basically phosphoric acid. Thanks for any advice.

    Not sure what the torque should be on the main bearing cap bolts. The I&T shop manual says if the bolt is marked 12K or 12-9 the final torque is 97 ft lbs. If the bolt is marked 12.9 the final torque is 140 ft lbs. The IH manual says the main bearing cap pitch diameter bolts marked 12.9K...

    826 with a 358D motor overhaul.

    Overhauling my 358 engine.Looking for rod bolts,talked to a tech from ARP today and it seems they don't make bolts for that engine. The bolts that came out of it were marked on the head ERBUS 10.9.They are 7/16"X 20TPI X 3 11/16" long. They should be TTY bolts but I am not sure.Most every one...
