    Paint code for white 94 series

    Picked up an apparent southern 2594. I need to repaint it and would like the paint codes for the white and orange. Thanks!!

    1680 down

    All too common failure on those machines. If you are a member of any other forum's like NAT you will quickly learn how many go down like that each year.

    94 series

    You should be able to get to it by pulling the pto housing, possibly through the side by taking the gear shift cover off too. I usually do both to get at it from more angles.

    870 tight engine?? trans??

    Powershift? Could be something sticking and it eventually locks two clutch packs together and kills the engine.

    Don"t forget to replace the cab air filter. Most likely how the dirt got in the evaporator.

    1370 Modifications

    We bought a 1270 outta IL with the air intake through the hood. I'd never seen one like that and it seems you can hear the turbo whine a lot more.

    2590 front axle

    The 2390/2590's had a factory option of wheel base. We have two 2390's with the short wheel base and a 2590 with the long and the 2590 turns much better and rides a bit softer. You can flip the axles around and do some changes to make a short wheelbase a long one if you want.

    Hy-capacity clutch

    I'd call or contact South Bend Clutch. A quick google search will get their info. Nearly impossible to get a better clutch for the money.

    exhaust system 2090 with loader

    Look up the parts from a 3294, they had the exhaust moved back due to the front tires. I beleive on some of the models they offered a loader special exhaust too, just have to search the online parts for them. Or just make a U and shoot straight back until you have room to clear.

    Limo to the Senior Prom

    Dang! I am about 10 years too old and about 2000 miles too far away. Not only does she drive a mighty fine Case but she is awful easy on the eyes. I bet she cooks real fine too.

    Valves-cross over to other engines?

    I tried but the valve out of the 1070 head didn't even cross to any listed for a 1070. So apparently they haven't got all of the numbers listed and it appears some of the listed numbers are for a set rather than an individual valve. Was hoping someone knew off hand.

    I need a valve for a 2390. I have several 1070 and 1370 heads in storage. Does anyone know if either of the 70 series valves are the same as the 2390? Need the exhaust valve. Thanks!

    Land clearing ?

    Excavator will clear those out pretty quickly if you have the right bucket. I have one with only 5 large teeth that kinda act like a root rake, can pull briars and sapplings out real quick and easy then kinda windrow them.

    outside boilers????

    Forced air across a hot coil doesn't really cause dry air, an add-on woodburner in the basement or a fireplace will cause dry air.
