    I have a nice original 41 9n. What does it mean when people say it has smooth hubs.. I am truly a newby at this but I was able to repair my hydro and manifold and exhaust with help from this board.. Thanks guys!!!

    8N Hydraulic Issue

    I would get a gallon or two of diesel fuel and run it thru the hydro to purge that sludge give it a good rinse. This will help clean out the valves for sure!

    Thanks Guy's I tried to bring the forks together with a nylon tie but couldn't get it to stay. I will try again when I dump the oil. Thanks

    For those of you that helped answer my questions about this tractor before I bought it thank you...I was just able to start working on the tractor this past weekend the 3 pt wasn't working got my hands inside worked the control valve abit hooked up the control rod all is good..Thanks again..

    O.T.-F150 Ford won't disengage 4WD.

    When using the low on the four wheel they need to return to Nuetral shift out of low then shift to high it won"t transfer any other way.

    I owned my N about 45 (days) now and just got back inside it's about 11 degrees and turn the key pushed the button and she purrs..not bad for a '41..Original

    Hi George well I dropped the plug engaged the PTO but no need to lower three point because the draw bar was already on the ground. There was some dark sludge in there that made its way out..but still no action I can feel something when I lift the 3pt by hand though. I guess I might need to first...
