    14-1 cr . will b key to that motor . if your running under 3,000 rpm use stock head . silver diamond head wont do you any good under 3,000 rpm .a good cam and carb is a must .run a bendix carb if you can its a great bolt on no modifications . I have a nos one if you need one . grind off the heat...

    that turbo is hurting you . id say if you were running 3200 to 3500 would be ok . try a 3ld 279 or 305 that should get you 40lbs of boost. what do you have your timing set at . I have a new 305 if your interested send me a pm .

    I have a john deere 60 knife cutter head , every one I talk to sez they never herd of one , I have one to prove them wrong , does any one have one of these . it must be after market

    what is your cylinder pressure ? if its around 275 , 300 psi you will need a good ignition system msd 6a wires plug est.play around with heat ranges and gap. hope this helps
