    I would get the parts checked for straightness and if not straight have them machined flat to match. There's no thing as a cheap fix!! It can cost you more in the long road.

    I wouldn't want to stick my head over the side to see who's coming up when they're carrying guns and those on their little boat are backing them. Personally I think this should never happen or be allowed to happen. The crew need to be armed, they most likely will be armed on all cruise ships...

    1952 8N electrical trouble

    You had it hooked up right, does the battery turn the engine over? If so start looking for power at the points and coil. You should have power at the coil when the points are open.

    I have found in the past, looking around soft maple trees and dead elm trees seem to be the best place to hunt mushrooms this time of the year. Any one else notice this?

    I found that today's gasoline will foul plugs very easily, but by adding some Octane 100+ boost available from walmart helps to eleminate plug fouling. If too much octane boost is added it will also foul the plugs but the plug will have a rusty metal color to it. I know that the octane boost...

    magneto help

    My Farmall F14 used to do that after sitting for some time. I would remove the magneto and take the points out and clean them with some 1200 grit wet/dry paper on a thick metal block I had made years ago.
