    I have a Delco alternator with internal regulator on my TO 30. I replaced the fan belt [worn out] now the alternator puts out 14-15 volts at operating speed 1200 t0 1300 RPM. Should I install a resister in front of the coil [true 12volt] to keep it a little cooler ? Thanks for any thoughts. Tim

    My TO 30

    A month ago my to30 started to run erratically, it start and run fine for ten or so minuets of hard work and would stumble and die. After fifteen minuets it would start run awhile stumble and die. I tested the eight year old Pertronic, coil, plug wires, cleaned the carb,fuel lines and filters...

    BOB, on a TO 30 Marvel carb ,how many turns out from stop on the two adjusting screws would be a good starting point ?

    I haven't been on here for a while but I need to know the diameter of the front crank pulley on TO 30. mine is 55 miles away from my home and I am making an alternator pulley here at home.
