    Front Idlers wear

Sounds to me like you either need the pins and bushings either turned if they can be or replaced. Taking a link out isn't the proper repair. As the pins and bushings wear the chain pitch changes, this will cause the chains to bind on the sprocket causing excessive wear there.

    hay combustion

I always worry about mine too. I'm no farmer, kinda got thrown into it after my wifes grandfather died. But I've put some bales in the loft that I thought were too wet. 2 bales out of 1000 were a little moldy. I was told by the old farmer down the road to stack "damp" bales on their end in the...

    ih baler

I've got a IH 430 that would break the twine or miss the not like yours. We switched to 9000 plastic and now we get about 1 or 2 a day that don't tie right.

    Round Bale Storage

What are you feeding? If it's cows. The neighbor here swears by stacking one on the flat side and another upright on top. He used to stack them in a huge pile and tarp it, but that caused too much waste. He's been farming all his life and is 75.

    Hay wagon

If you want to lower it why not get some low profile 16" tires. Like something off a pontiac vibe (205/55/16 I've got some use ones here that I'm keeping for my mower conditioner). They have a hight of 25" They should hold that weight just fine as most are rated for 1300 lbs. So that's right at...

    Massey Ferguson 65 diesel tach/hourmeter

Agco offers the tach in the Heritage line pn 193969v91 but it's like $200. I also need this tach and am trying to locate one that isn't so expensive.

Round baler for Massey 65 diesel?

Looking to get a round baler as I'm tired of throwing square bales. What would be a good one for my Massey 65 diesel?? It's a 50 hp tractor.
