    8N regulator...

    Is there any real difference in aftermarket voltage regulators the 8N's built before and after serial numbers 263843 ? Mine is 1950 with side mount distributor but no proofmeter. Serial # 264---. Thanks

    986/1486

    I understand that a 986 and a 1486 used the same engine except for the turbo. Is the clutch/driveline also beefed up in the 1486, or are they basically the same tractor?

    Coolant in oil...rebuild time???

    I tended to the ol" case last week, and when i checked the oil i found a bit of coolant in it....so now it"s time to turn some wrenches and spend some more money i don"t have! lol So, where do I get started in this repair?? Not too sure where to start here.......thanx!! :)

    Lift problem on 8n

    Lift will go up and down but goes up with a jerking motion and goes up slow, will stay up as long as the tractor is running but will not stay up unless it is all the way up, as soon as you move it down just a little it goes all the way down. Can anyone help?

    Case - SC Parts

    I am looking for these parts for a Case SC if anyone can help. I need one fender, the radiator cap and a distributor or a name of a place that can fix a magneto. The magneto has spark but it is not strong enough to fire the tractor. It was very rusted inside. thank you

    S.C. Case

    The magneto on it is pretty rusted. I cleaned it up the best I can, but cant get the tractor to fire. The spark looks week. I have a Distributer already off of a farmall and just wanted to try that instead.
