    Thanks for the pics. After looking at them I realized my release tower was frozen to the shaft. I lubed it up and now turns freely. then I found the flip bracket nestles neatly against the release tower keeping the release off the locking dog. I still don"t see how the locking dog stays...

    Another 8N Flooding

    If my 49 has been run within two weeks I don't even have to touch the choke lever. Ignition on - put in neutral - hit button fires right up.

    OT- What do you mow your yard with? How large of area?

    My wife mows about 1.5 acres with a John Deere LT155. Only has a 32 inch deck. Fish and Game club auctioned off a JD 265 Hydro with a 46inch deck. She liked that but it seems the Hydro is going bad. Slows down some on hills. Watched some u tubes regarding rebuilding the hydro. Ill get to...

    I know the bumper can be just bent back up in place cause I tagged a mule deer in Silverton, Colorado a couple years ago with my 06, and that's how much it bent it. Dave

    Starter key switch

    My switch went bad when the PO owned it. He broke the rear of the switch out and wrapped a piece of wire round it. Permanent on - pulled the tool box reach in - battery disconnect off/ connect on.
