    C281 spark plug adapters.

    Went to change plug today and noticed some bushings or adapters on 2 of them, closer look at motor found the other 2 still in head. Removed them and noticed all 4 were scaled up so bad the hole was plugged with scale...question is do i need these adapters?

    450 fuel tank

    Another noob question....the gas tank on the 450 looks like it could be split to clean and line it, is it soldered, spot welded, or will it sit when i unbolt it from tractor?

    Got a 57 450 gas, needing to know sequence to place plug wires on distributor...i know firing order its cast into block.
