    All good suggestions, thank you. Will need to do some measuring, possibly have some 1/2" thick shims machined. Since someone on Red Power reported doing a bolt in swap, makes me think there may be another model of 466 shaft with the right stands.

    I would check the fuel outlet at the tank for clogging with debris in he tank, the sediment bowl and strainer, any in line fuel filters and the little screen attached to the inlet fitting on the carburetor.
