    JD 830 pony motor oil leak

    My 830 pony motor leaks oil. Oil comes out from under the pony motor near the starter. I'm assuming this is the crank shaft seal? Anybody have any other ideas? Any ideas, short of replacing the seal, on how I might remedy this problem?

    JD 830 pony motor exhaust pipe

    The pony motor on my JD 830 2 cylinder diesel has a exhaust problem. The exhaust pipe that fits into the manifold on the pony motor is loose fitting and so there is much leakage of exhaust. Any ideas on how I can correct this problem? Thank you for any help you can provide.
