    farmall H trans speed

    Did IH put more than one set of gears in a 46 H ? I have a nice little H that seems to really be geared down-I've had four Hs over the years and none moved this slow. thanks Lary

    OT: Hay moister tester

    Bought one of those farmex hmt-2 moisture testers from my NH dealer --got it home, read the directions and discovered that it was calibrated on 100% alfalfa-the higher the grass content the higher the reading compared to actual-should have opened it and read the instructions before I paid for it...
