I need help changing the yoke and pin that form the flex joint between baskets, any pointers from someone who has done it would be app. thanks in advance Lary

Lary- If it"s anything like a Kuhn, the yoke, or knuckle as we call it, is held on by an inner and outer roll pin. Just punch the pins out and it should slide right off the shaft. The flex pin is another story. I heated the end of the shaft they are pressed in cherry red, and I couldn"t get them to budge. I ended up using a dremel tool to cut the hardened tip off both sides of the pin and then drilled them out to 3/8 diameter, heated and they finally punched out. NOT a fun job. The only way to get access to that pin is to remove the round pawl that locks the two sections together. That is also held in by roll pins, and with a lot of lube will punch out from inside the housing. I actually punched it into the housing, lubed it up with Pb blaster and then punched it out of the housing. It came out pretty easy. Give a shout if you need more help. Buy some really good drill bits!!
