    I have my grandfather's McCormick engine which I have never heard run. The information on the engine says that it is a 1 1/2 HP Speed 500 with serial number W68623. Is this a "E" or does the Speed 500 mean it is something else? I have looked online and cannot find an operators manual, parts...

    There has been a minor leak from the sediment bowl. Got a gasket from John Deere and installed it and it weeped down the bowl. Used another new gasket from John Deere along with a new bail and bowl I had on hand. Carefully installed gasket, bail and bowl and hand tightened. It still weeps...
