Clutch stuck jd 420
Yes guys,i did use the adjustment cam...didnt change anything at all. I do have a strong pedal it just isnt doing anything ..ive adjusted and readjusted. As i said in my previous post i bought it from a jd mechanic and it ran perfect...i only use it a little as i have many other tractors but had...- lefties

Was using it a little without trouble then 1 day i pulled a gate with it and shut it off. When i restarted it ,it woukdnt go in gear only grind...ive tried running it in several gears by lowering idle as low as it will go and depressing clutch and quickly popping it into first....nothing helps.- lefties

JD 420 Clutch Adjustment
Now my 420 all of a sudden this morning clutch isnt disengaging...grinds when u try to put in gear. I bought from a jd mechanic and it had no freeplay but worked fine. Now out of the blue i cant get it in gear. I adlusted the pedal for 1 inch freeplay and nothing i do helps...adjustment rod only...- lefties
