    Special case with close ties to family

    I was at Rollag 7 or 8 years ago and I wonder if this is the same one that was showed there. I'm sure I have a picture somewhere, I know it was a COM but don't remember if it was a gas or diesel.

    Plumbing a tank heater

    My 930 it plumbed into one of the 2 plugs on the rear of the water manifold. The other has a regular block heater.

    No idea on weight, but wheel weights and suitcase weights are usually $1/lb if bought from a junkyard. It seems the online classifieds are pretty close, unless you stumble on a deal where someone wants them gone.

    Eagle hitch 3rd link

    I recently acquired a late model DC and would like to find a 3rd link for it. Dad has the plate that bolts over the PTO from when grandpa ran DCs, so just the link I need. I am pretty green on Eagle hitches so are the 3rd links proprietary to DCs or can I find one from a later model...

    Without seeing them in person things seem about the same except the H. Even dolled up they don't bring too much here. And the 430, would have brought over 2500 in this area since there aren't many around and the small acreage people would have ran the bid up.

    I agree Tom, I am upside down on most of mine too. I do have a list of semi-rare Cases I would like to own in my lifetime and it seems like about one a year presents itself. The problem is in my area all the Case guys literally wore them out so anything in the fence line is only good for some...

    Is it a sign of the times or just lack of interest, but it seems antique tractor prices are soft this fall. Been a few auctions around that I have been watching and other than some weird exceptions, there are some good deals. One exception was a VAC, narrow front, 1947, ran good with new paint...

    69 case 830 hydraulic system?

    Is the 3pt factory or a jobber unit? Any pictures of how everything is set up? I have a 930 set up with a loader plumbed with a loader valve separate of the remotes that works well. I will have to look closer at how it's plumbed but it should be fairly easy to do.

    How do you do your clean up of a tractor?

    Depends on what's available, and where I'm trying to clean. I've gone after some spots with Super Clean and brushes of various sizes and types. Also used hot water and Dawn in a bucket or spray bottle with brushes as well.

    Case model 75 loader

    What can anyone tell me about a model 75 loader? Were they quick-tach or removable without too much hassle? Good, bad and/or ugly about them? Would be mounted on a 930.
