Ford 7000, to pull or not to pull?

Ok, think the motor will handle it too? The way you guys are talking it’ll be just fine but I really don’t want to have to rebuild anything after the pulls. At least it would be good to not have to

Ford 7000, to pull or not to pull?

It is a transfer weight sled, and I would sure assume it’s close, as I don’t really have much added onto it. Just the row crop fenders, as it’s a utility and some non stock lighting is about all. The other thing is, if the clutch explodes, which I’d prefer it doesn’t as I don’t have the time or...

Ford 7000, to pull or not to pull?

Hi all, I have a bone stock 7000, with probly around 8-10,000 hours on the motor and clutch system (after a rebuild at about the same interval). I kinda want to pull it at our local county fair, but I’m worried I will have 1.5 million pieces of at least clutch to deal with if I do. So is it a...

    Ford 7000 tach drive

Yes it has that cup style plug. How would I go about making it a reverse rotation tack drive though? Would it require a lot of work or time and money? Thank you

    Ford 7000 tach drive

Yea this is what my new holland dealer sold me, said it needed to go on cable end of tach drive did not fix issue as it did not fit on either ends of the tach or cable. Any other ideas? Can send more detailed pictures later of tach end that goes into injector pump and cable end that goes into tach

    Ford 7000 tach drive

Yea I have a local new holland dealer and they swore up and down that the little piece I got was to connect my tach cable to the top of my tachometer drive and it still didn t work like they said it should. I feel like my tach drive shaft is not catching in the slot as the "key way" I call it is...

7000 voltage stabilizer on new cluster panel

Ok then what should I hook up to these terminals? I would like my oil light and gages to work before starting the tractor if possible. Any suggestions? Thanks!

7000 voltage stabilizer on new cluster panel

Well I do not have a voltmeter to test it all I use is a little trailer light that s meant for 12v and touching both terminals of I does not light it up. Does this get power when tractor is running? Thanks

7000 voltage stabilizer on new cluster panel

So then how come when I wire the gages to the I side neither of the gages work? And when I have it on B both of them work? I also have an inline 10 amp fuse to feed the B side if I remember right it s around 10 amps

7000 voltage stabilizer on new cluster panel

What does the I terminal do for the voltage stabilizer on the cluster panel? I have been able to get my gauges to work but not the oil light, only way it works is when I have it hooked up to pure 12v from battery and it will not light up when put on either spades of the I terminal and any uses...
