    Restored my 8n in 2007 have never used it in snow. My question is now that I have moved to northern Ohio will it move snow without chains? (Rear blade)

    Changing out my 4 bolt with 2 bolt steering, after rebuild would stp or motor honey be good replacement instead of corn head grease? I could fill it with top end off of steering.

    One more question. I found a 2 bolt and I need to find pitman arms. The F0-4 manual calls for same part number for both sides. On line some are different lengths? Which ones do I need? I am changing from a 4 bolt. Thanks for any help.

    I need to replace my 8n 4 bolt steering with a 2 bolt. I have talked to John Smith he suggested another tractor salvage yard no help. Does anyone have a good used one for sale with pitman arms?

    Early 8n 4 bolt steering

    I have checked every steering component on it. With the wheels up I could shake the right front tire and all movement was coming from sector shaft left side has none left never wobbly. When I adjusted movement our I have a little drag at center of steering. Just wondering if the drag would hurt it?

    Thank you for replying. The subject line says early 8n 4 bolt. Replaced bushings. Everything else checks good. No up and down movement in shaft. Tie rods, king pins, new tires and toe in set. The right front can start at any speed usually higher speeds. After adjustments the bench it has no play...

    Early 8n 4 bolt steering

    Could not get the right front wheel shake out, pulled steering box. On the bench adjusted left side to no play then right side no play. When I turn steering wheel about 1 inch has a drag in the middle. Move 1 bolt, play is back. Will the drag cause a problem? Thanks for any help.

    Are front hubs and rims interchangeable from 9n to 8n? I would like to use the 19 inch on the 8n. Thanks for you help.
