    Try running it with the fuel cap off. Sometimes the vent will plug, causing a fuel restriction.

    That is either a Cub Cadet 70 or 100. Only difference between the 2 was horsepower. The fenders aren't original. They were built from 63-65, so it could very well be a 1964. $200 is a fair price. Looks complete. Clutch is no big deal. Good Luck!!!!

    An "AV" is a high crop "A". They are quite a bit harder to find than a standard "A".That seems like a good price for one.
