    Do you have a destroker on the front pump? If so screw it in for a minute and then back out. Could be a speck of trash in there.

    UPS. He will tell you how to pack it. It must be completely drained and dry.

    Yes. He rebuilt the pump on my 851. Mine was completely shot. Turnaround was 2 weeks I think. I live in NC so it was a pretty good trip. Just remove the timing window and line up the two marks and remove it. When it comes back line them up and drop it in.

    Governor ring is coming apart. Search for Dieseltech on this forum and send him a PM. He is very good and reasonable at rebuilding these pumps.

    PB blaster has worked for us back in the day. Just take the top off, loosen the lines, fill it with PB blaster and spin the engine every now and then. Don't expect instant success.

    We put our milk jugs, plastic bottles and drink cans all in the same recycle bin. Ticks me off when I see people not recycling at all. I'll admit it took some getting used to but that was 30 years ago.
