    4000 4 cyl. seat??

    My new 4000 row crop showed up in the driveway yesterday from Nebraska. Nice little tractor , but the seat and suspension has been farmer welded. Anyone have a nice unit I can buy?? I think its the same as a 800 series. Al 231/757/0064

    timing on 1855

    Looking for my options. Based on the IT book, a 1755 engine should be 2 degrees before top center BTC. 1855 and 1955 should be 4 degrees BTC. Are there any other options? I know J Scheibert stated there was a change in the timing at one point, but I have not seen any other timing settings...

    O/T Got a real problem here

    I have a sewer line under my cement slab leaking. One good thing it is the water from the kitchen sink, and not the bathroms. When I pour water in the kitchen sink in about 1/2 hour it is comming out in my garage. My garage floor is 4 inches below the house slab.Does anyone know how I can...

    1948 8N Starter Switch Not Working

    Nothing happens when I push the switch with the key on. I can jump between the terminals on the starter solenoid and it cranks fine. There"s continuity between the switch and the solenoid, and the switch appears to ground when pushed in. Any suggestions? Mark
