    MF 40 Hand Throttle Problem

I know this is a very old post that was not answered and I m not expecting SpottedWonders to still be waiting for an answer, but I ran into this same problem recently with my MF40 industrial and I believe I have the answer to the problem. The part that is supposed to keep the hand throttle from...

    Industrial model???

Scoobieguy, you could be right but the dash and grilles dont match. To me this looks like a British or Australian MF 50 they tend to have more of the side shift backhoes, loaders with that bucket linkage and that style rear wheel fenders

    WorkBull 202 Front Axle

Gord I checked the AGCO parts books that were recommended to you earlier in this thread. The 2135 came with 2 different axles depending on the serial number and the 202 came with 3 different axles. One of the axles is same for both of these tractors so it is possible to see the identical axle...

    WorkBull 202 Front Axle

Gord, I cannot say for sure but I dont doubt that the doubler plate welded to the front is part of the original axle. It looks from the picture like a factory production weld look and has original paint on it except where the previous owner got the torches out. You say that the pump drive shaft...

    WorkBull 202 Front Axle

Gord, to me that looks like the original axle. And it looks like it is a fabricated steel item not a steel or iron casting. Im guessing they were trying to pull the pivot pin and maybe got in over their heads and started cutting things

    MF-20 loader backhoe

The 222 backhoe is listed in the same group as the 54 backhoe which is a factory option backhoe for the industrial 20. If you go to agcopartsbook.com and look at the parts book as a guest you can search for the 54 / 222 backhoe parts book and in the book you will see mounting kit for MF20 and...

What model MF Loader Backhoe is this Please

Old_Man you should try to get the permissions to use the Australian AGCO parts book site as the Australia version of the MF 40 is different from the North American one. If you look for a thread on this site by Burgs he has the same unit as you and is also in Australia so he might be able to help...

    Massey Ferguson MF30

Mikeshaw, I erred when I said the pump shaft went through the axle pivot pin sorry (it does on my MF40) Thank you PTfarmer for showing the axle carrier drawing. But I dont think the axle pivot and its bearings would likely cause noise from the pump shaft when the engine is running. I still think...

MF20 front wheel hub, bearing replacement

The wear sleeve will be on the hub side it provides a smooth cylindrical surface for the radial lip to run on

    Massey Ferguson MF30

Mikeshaw I watched your video engine sounds great, good job on the rebuild, dry ice or a driver having full 360 degree contact on the sleeve might have helped avoid the sleeve breakage. If you test the loader hydraulics without the backhoe on make sure the disconnected backhoe power beyond line...

MF20 front wheel hub, bearing replacement

I think the radial lip of the inner bearing seal will run on the wear sleeve of the hub

MF20 front wheel hub, bearing replacement

The outer bearing is ok the way you are showing it. It is not intended to push up to that shoulder. That outer bearing will be positioned by the axle nut to provide the right preload between the inner and outer bearings.

MF20 front wheel hub, bearing replacement

The drag of the seal on the outer race is a good thing that is the seal contacting the side of the race keeping water and dirt out from all areas inside that contact point. So this does replace the original seal and wear sleeve but I dont think it is a better seal arrangement. It looks like your...
