    Are you sure the float is not updside down? It seems like if it were flipped over it might line up correctly.

    JD h radiator

    I searched all over and like Pat said, I ended up going to Deere. It's expensive, but the only one I could find. The outer diameter of the flange was larger than the original so I had to trim it down to clear the steering shaft.

    The only problem is I don't know what the diameter it should be, I thought it might be easier to find one off a junk tractor. I'll ask around about rebuilders, but I haven't seen any since I moved to the middle of nowhere.

    I found the eBay pushrods shortly after I put up the first post. I don't see any flow in the radiator, I wonder if the noise it the water pump grinding up the mouse bones from the nests? Easy enough to test, I can just take the fan belt off and listen.. Lots of other mouse nest in the tractor...
