    Old tyler fertilizer spreader

    A long shot. Back in that time frame several pull type fert spreader makers used a Henschen 45 degree axle. Seems like there were also some Henschen zero degree used. Good luck

    WD gas tank mount

    The rubber tips for the throttle and hyd levers, seems like I went to Lowes and in the section that had rubber tips for chair legs I found some. They were a tiny bit loose and I added a drop of glue. Hope this helps

    Right Hip problems

    Read your post with great interest. I am waiting on a Jan 5th replacement. The cortisone injection did not give me any relief.My goal is to be going strong by hay time. It was good to read your encouraging post. How long afterward before you could negotiate 4 steps????

    Tom, Sprayer hose with a EPDM liner is what used to be standard on the run of the mill 3pt sprayers. The next step up was a viton liner but that was a special use type deal.     How Reliable Were David Brown 885 Diesel

    Got a new one in the early 70's. Used for 21 yrs on a Tenn hill farm. A real little dependable workhorse. The only thing I can remember was the rails and the lockdowns on the spinout tires had to be worked on a couple of times. Seems like it was quite economical. All in all I wish I still had it.

    What was this tool used for?

    As already identified,a barb wire stretcher. Would love to have another one. The one I grew up with finally got where it would not grip wire. The one we had to replace it with is a major pain. It is possible the one pictured was made by Durbin Durco or something similar.

    BR 740A pickup header issue

    No expert here,but I have rolled a few with a BR740,assume it is about like the 740A Standing at the hitch pin looking back on the right at the end of the pickup is a two jawed slip clutch. It may be slipping and need adjusting tighter.I also understand that when they slip they wear pretty...

    Probably was "Tomcat" mole killer worms. Get mine at Lowes. In a yellow box. I believe it is 10 worms for approx. 20.00. I cut them in half.
