    8n Brakes

So running into an issue with the left (driver's side) brake on my 52 8N. Short version, even after replacing the seals, and brake shoes, the left brake isn't functioning well (won't really lock up the tire, and really have to stand on it to stop the tractor). Longer version in case...

    Wisconsin engine parts for baler

One source for the clear plastic, although far from original, is the plastic drum that comes with blank computer CD's on a spindle (just cut out the top of it).

    NewHolland 68 Help

It was a complete set, and they were made for someone else (he just kept the patterns). The email address I have (replace the * with an @) is InspirationsVinyl*usa.com, and I dealt with Dan.

    NewHolland 68 Help

It works, but as mentioned it definitely shakes the tractor with the plunger movement. The advantage of a baler with it's own motor is it takes out the "fancy clutching"...

    OT...2 snowcakes this yr......pix

Looks about like here. Definitely gave the 8N a good workout this morning, but thought I"d better get it done before we get more and it becomes a problem. 16" last night according to my "hot tub cover snow cake" :)

Wifes surgery checkup,& trip to town

Glad to hear the weather cooperated, and the appointment went well. I had to put chains on to clear snow earlier this week (and will probably have to do it again with the winter storm warning claiming 10" of snow this weekend).
