    Do I need to drain Hydrolic fluid before removing cover around oil stick? Wanted to check inside. Didn't know how high fluid went.

    1946 2N hydrolic lever will not lift shredder and lever is not free moving. When you move the lever up it jumps back to middle. What might be the problem. Is there a hydrolic filter?

    My 1946 2N tractor overheated today. What do ya'll think could be the problem. I think I had the water level too high in radiator. What else could cause this?
