    I have seen in several cases where parts are made for these machines as they get even older due yo demand. All in all the MF50 is pretty easy to get parts for, Massey used a lot of part from other models that are used in the MF 50....Good luck.

    I would buy a carb rebuild kit for less than 40 bucks and replace needle, needle seat, float etc and see what happens. I would look at Gov by disconnecting linkage or just checking operation while some throttles up for you too. Sounds lie a sticky carb component and easy to do/fix.
