I took apart the steering gear box on the NAA today and You were right on the money - lower bearing was all apart. I have a fo-20 manual,would the fo-19 cover this better ? On the parts break down it shows at the bottom of the steering shaft a eyelet and a bearing retainer - I didn't see that in... -

Soundguy thank you - this saturday I will take this thing apart. do you know if the bearings can be bought from an auto parts store ? I am 58 miles from the nearest dealer -

NAA steering problem
I am having trouble turning right- left is a lot easier. I have to leave the acorn nut loose to turn right - tightening it makes it harder to turn right.gearbox is full of gear oil. Does this need to be rebuilt or adjusted ? Thanks for your help ! -

jd 3 point quick hitch
I have a 53 Naa and thinking about buying this quick hitch and don't know a thing about them. they are asking $125. Does anyone know if this will work on the ford ? harbour freight has one for $80.I am sure it's from china. Thanks for your Help, mike -

oil coming out of vent plug on kioti finish mower
It does look like the cover had been removed before - that might be it. I did notice some moisture in the gear box I am going to change the gear oil, thought about using a heavier oil -

Has anyone had this problem ? gear oil is coming out of the vent plug on a kioti 84" finish mower gear box, it's not overfull and not that old of a mower. (this is on my friends JD tractor that doesn't have a tach)could He have the rpm's too high ? -

Hello, I am trying to help some friends wire this tach. made by Veethree. someone had already replaced temp,oil,amp guages and the alternator had been replaced with a 1 wire delco I tried to get help on the john deere forum , this goes on a jd 2040 I would appreciate any and all help Thanks, mike -
