    Thanks guys, I never realized there were so many combinations on the rear wheels. Like said if I have to I'll just narrow the rear up a bit to fit in the 83" opening.

    I have a 640 at our cabin and I want to get a 12' Big Tex 7K # capicity tandem axle dump trailer, My question is will the tractor fit in the 7'x12'? Want to get the trailer before I will be going to the cabin to measure it. Thanks for any help

    630 shifting fork broke...?

    So my neighbor has been using the tractor over the winter to plow the road, they live there we just have a cabin. but he said the shifter broke and what's happening is no matter where the shifter is placed whether in neutral, reverse or a forward gear it goes forward when the clutch is let out...

    I am looking to get a John Deere. Have always wanted one seeing how my uncle has ran a JD Implement dealer in ND as long as I have been alive. So It's time for me to have a green tractor I have decided. Thanks for the help Mark.

    630 Shut off gas next day won't start

    No I have plenty of gas it's like all the gas has drained out of carb. and when it does start I get black smoke from exhaust at first. Can the gas leak from carb into pistons and flood it?

    When I'm done plowing in the evening I shut the gas off and the next morning it won't start no gas? what could the problem be?

    Will Sherman from a 2N fit in 55' 640 also log splitter

    I found a 2N that's torn down to be rebuilt owner planned on rebuilding and has lost interest and it has a sherman in it $300 for everthing. Also can I use a 3pt log splitter on the 640? Thank you Mark.

    Also after he had the work done and guages he only put 29 hours on tractor as he now leases the 20 acre alfalfa field he owns and got the tractor for and the start button went out so they put a push button on the dash and I can start the tractor in gear I want to change that back what do I need...

    I bought the 640 it's a 55' When PO bought it it needed a clutch so he had the transmission rebuilt with the new clutch has a new starter,12V conv.,new front tires,new guages and new lift arms, adjustment arm and check chain kit not put on yet.
